Limitless, the international real estate arm of Dubai World, is striding ahead in South-east Asia, as Platinum Sponsor of Cityscape Asia, on this week in Singapore.
Taking centre stage at the Limitless stand (C01) are the company’s three projects in the region: Malaysia International Halal Park; Puteri Harbour in Malaysia; and Halong Star in Vietnam, which, in December 2007, became Limitless’ first international development to break ground. Limitless’s six other projects – in the UAE, Jordan, Russia, India and Saudi Arabia – are also showcased.
Philip Atkinson, Regional Director for Limitless in South-east Asia, said: “Limitless is taking this region by storm, with a rapidly-growing Singapore-based team, three major projects underway, and many more in the pipeline.
“Our Platinum Sponsorship of Cityscape Asia reinforces our position as a leader in real estate in this exciting, dynamic part of the world, where we have endless opportunities to demonstrate our core skills of master planning large-scale, mixed-use communities and waterfront development.”
Limitless officially launched its Singapore-based operations for South-east Asia in December last year. The office is the nerve centre for Limitless activities in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Singapore.
